I was born in Rome, a city that taught me the most beautiful things are rarely the loudest. I was lucky enough to travel from a young age, and along the way I fell in love with different cultures, countries and the way the world's great hotels made me feel. My most memorable trips include Egypt, India, South Africa, Argentina and the Indian Ocean, while Italy, Switzerland, Spain and the US are the places that shaped who I am today.
That love of travel led me to Les Roches in Switzerland, where I studied hospitality management and learned the art of service. For three years, the phrase we heard more than any other was "attention to detail," and it never left me. Neither did a guest-first mindset, nor the instinct to anticipate a guest's needs before they ask. Over time these became habits, and today they are simply how I work.
I started my hotel career alongside some of the best, at Ritz-Carlton. After university I joined The Langham, Boston, where I led food & beverage operations. I later moved into client-facing / commercial roles in the tech, hospitality-tech and B2B retail space, and co-founding a creative project management studio that works across with a number of industries and offering a range of services.
Hospitality and travel have always been my safe space. At Curato, I bring together my passion for the industry, operational rigor and creative problem-solving, so every journey is deeply personal and cared for down to the last detail. I'm moved by quiet luxury and golf, and I'm unapologetically obsessed with a great spa. Like Rome, the trips I plan are never loud, just unforgettable.
